Where it used to be a simple process of designing and printing a lovely glossy brochure each year, there is now the choice of whether to print, or to publish on the company's website, or both of course. Much depends on your market, your sales process and the location of your sales activity.
Either way it needs careful thought and a reversal of the 'consumer telescope' so that understanding and insights into consumer behaviour results in a smart response that anticipates growing customer choice and power.
